Destin High School

Throughout the school year, students in Destin High School’s Theater Department will focus on the exploration of theater literature and performance. Students will learn about elements of technical theater, playwriting, film production, and more! Ms. McGill welcomes actors of all levels to participate in school performances.

Last year’s Thespian Troupe received the school’s first Superior ratings at the District One-Act Festival, and in the category of Large Group Musical at the State Festival. Congratulations to Troupe 10156! Last year’s school performances included Jeremy Bloom’s “Peter/Wendy” and Kyle Nesbit’s “The Gift List.” Stay tuned for the 2025-2026 season!
